Important Dates & Deadlines

If you do not want the money from the Settlement, you may exclude yourself. To exclude yourself from the Settlement, you must mail a signed letter to the Settlement Administrator at P.O. Box 301130 Los Angeles, CA 90030-1130, postmarked no later than July 23, 2025. Please see FAQ 6 for details and requirements on how to exclude yourself from the settlement.

If you wish to object to the Settlement, you must submit your objection in writing to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of DuPage County, Illinois. The objection must be received by the Court no later than July 23, 2025. Please see FAQ 6 for details and requirements on Objecting to the settlement.

A final hearing on the Settlement, called a Final Approval Hearing, will be held on August 21, 2025 at 10:00 am.
